The entire territory of Lesbos is "Lesvos Geopark", small nice island you travel by boat from Ayvalik,Turkey. Yorgos’s aunt made a fresh dill dominated Greek recipe of ‘dolma’ or ‘dolmades’ served hot to him. And he loved it  asked her the recipe, now we have this ‘Original’ product.
